great product
Planed to update my 2007 rx 350 stereo for more than one year. bought this item is because of the function. it has all features that I am looking for. media player, GPS, rearview camera, ups output, wifi, Bluetooth, etc. well improved my 15 years old car. it well hooks up with my old car even able to control with the steering wheel. the rearview camera saved my bumper. all the features work great with my old car. all in all, I like it. worth the money.

Screen stopped working
Worked great for a while then the screen would start to freeze. Displays a picture but it’s frozen and nothing on it works. Can’t find a number to contact for help and when I contacted Amazon to get a number for help, the number I was given continuously sends me to voice mail.

Good in concept, bad in practice.
This radio is a good idea. It has a large touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay for an affordable price. However, it is not all that it is cracked up to be. I have 4 main issues:1 - the sound quality is horrible. It has very poor audio processing and can handle 0 bass. The sound was 100x better with the factory radio. I even have the sound going to an amp first, but that barely improved the quality. This is the primary reason why I plan to replace this screen.2 - Lag. CarPlay (wired or wireless) is extremely laggy, with a half-second delay between input and response. CarPlay also sometimes decides to not connect (radio issue).3 - Rattle. The radio rattles constantly while going over bumps. The hinge that it uses to be able to adjust it is not very secure and can tilt side to side. It is really loud and unpleasant.4 - bad customer support. I reached out to customer support about the rattle, and they were of little help. They suggested tightening some screws. It helped some of the tilt, but the rattle was the exact same. They refused to replace my radio, suggesting that it was my dash kit instead, which is not true at all. This radio does everything it says it does, just very poorly.

Nice screen - real Android - pretty much as advertised
Buying a radio on Amazon is a cr@p shoot, right? There are hundreds to choose from and they all sound great in the description. I did as much research as I could, but still felt that I was throwing darts when I finally made my choice for this radio. I hit pretty close to the bullseye.Installation was pretty straightforward. Up and running in no time. What I was really looking for was a good GPS system that didn't require a phone connection. It was here that I ran into some problems. Mainly, no software. It mentions "built in GPS" in a number of places. What it didn't mention, was that you had to go find your own software to do true offline (without a phone) navigation. You can thank me for the text that appears now farther down in the description: " (NOTE: Offline maps are NOT included and can be obtained from the google play store as part of many navigation apps. The offline GPS will not function until maps are installed.) "I recommended that they add the above text as it was misleading without it. There are other systems on Amazon that have pre-loaded software. (cr@p shoot, right?) Once you've gotten some navigation software loaded (from the google play store) it does function well. The screen is a good size and the back up camera provides a crystal clear image. The camera has to be hard wired, so keep that in mind. It's super easy to disconnect the screen from the radio, so if you're worried about theft, you can quickly disconnect the monitor and hide it when not in use.Other functions are standard Android and work well. The only thing I haven't been able to get to work yet is the dual/split screen function. The first 10 minutes of trying didn't work and I haven't had an additional 2 hours yet to work on it. LEROAADZ are you reading this? The only other criticism I have is the volume controls on the left side of the screen. They are small and pretty finicky. It can take multiple punches to get them to respond. This involves me having to take my eyes off the road to make sure I hit the tiny target, which is dangerous kinda sorta. Once you've made contact with the volume, a larger slider bar appears at the middle top of the screen which is very responsive. In retrospect, I might have looked for something just like this, but with a physical volume knob. Cr@p shoot, right?

2 rca's
I bought this to use with my 4 speakers and add a sub woofer to but it only came with 2 rca outputs and 1 sub. So I had to use the high-level outputs with a loc and now it sends my amp into protect mode. Which sucks cuz I get nothing then.

Put the money towards something nicer!
I felt it was only fair to give this radio a fighting chance. After having it for a couple months, I would absolutely suggest putting the money towards something nicer. I have had nothing but issues with it, the screen glitching/freezing, not connecting to Apple CarPlay very often, it has been a complete pain. Can’t get it to work with my steering wheel control harness either since it isn’t a popular brand. If I could return it, I would.
