The 212 powder gives me the energy I want without the jitters, but it doesn't elevate my mood as much as capsules do. The powder doesn't dissolve completely, so it's grainy when you drink it and it tastes like Metamucil and baby aspirin. The powder does seem to suppress my appetite better than the pills; however, I think it's because I'm so disgusted by the taste and texture that I don't want to eat anything. I started out mixing it with a whole bottle of water, but I now only use about 6oz. of water. It is still just as gritty and gross tasting, but I don't have to choke down as much.

I really like this stuff!!! I have multiple supplements and the taste isn’t the best but you aren’t drinking it for the flavor. It’s onlt 4-6oz anyways. I recommend to all my friends. Totally works with keeping your appetite suppressed all day. I have a small light breakfast and then take it and I am held over until dinner.

Does not contain the ingredients listed on picture of the ingredient label. It does not has octopamine hcl, the strongest ingredient advertised. Tried to contact muscle Elements about this but they they did respond.

Was totally surprised by how small the package was, looks like it might last 2-3 weeks, tops. Can't say if it's effective or not because I can't get past the awful taste!!! Bomb pop? I think not. This stuff is horrible :(

The Orange Crush has a horrible taste! As a personal trainer I've tried hundreds of supplements and this was is not impressive. Feel very little energy from the caffeine content. Not like Muscle Elements.

Take it 5 days a week, great taste, heats up the body during weight training/cardio. The appetite suppressant also keeps you away from the fridge.

Received an opened, half full product. Clearly didn’t check their product quality. This could have been very dangerous for a less observant buyer.
