I have had this razor for about a week now and have used it consistently throughout that time. After what I consider a very short learning curve, I am really liking it. The butterfly mechanism, while firm, is very easy to use. The blade head adjustment is equally as easy, offering unencumbered settings from 1 to 6.Once you figure out the the best pitch angle for each setting, it provides a very clean and comfortable shave. Given my skin type, beard and length of growth, I typically start out at about 3-4. Because of a complex growth pattern, I use a three-pass shaving process. I will turn the setting down to 2 for the second pass, and 1 for the third, or clean-up, pass. I should also mention that prior to this, I purchased two other similar razors, both of which I immediately returned.The takeaways from all of this is as follows:1. If you are new to this, GO SLOWLY! Short even strokes.2. Use good quality coated (platinum or chromium) blades.3. Use a good quality shaving soap or cream, and NEVER make more than one pass without re-lathering.3. Do NOT apply pressure. Let the weight of the razor do the work. As you gain experience, you will hear and feel when you have the correct pitch for the setting.I hope than you found this informative, and I bid you "Happy shaving."

Ich habe von jeher einen Faible für verstellbare Butterfly Hobel, wobei die Auswahl an guten ja extrem klein ist. Der der T2 ist ein ziemlich großes Teil mit vollständig abgedeckter Klinge. Er bietet eine supersanfte Rasur und gleitet wie kein anderer den ich kenne (inkl. 2 und 3 teiligen Hobeln). Die Rasur könnte ein bisschen „closer“ sein, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. er ist überraschend leicht und makellos verarbeitet. Für mich mein neuer absoluter Liebling (und ich habe viele Hobel).Zum Vergleich meine top 3 butterfly Hobel.Gillette FatboyViking Blades meijiUnd der T2Der Hobel ist nicht ganz günstig aber jeden Cent wert. Wenn ich die Wahl des einen Hobels für die einsame Insel hätte wäre das die einzige wirkliche Alternative zum fatboy über die ich nachdenken würde ;-)
