I gave this three starts as my return was painless. That said, this did not meet expectations. I had read some great reviews, so I bought this for my wife to replace her previous tablet, which has a broken screen. This unit actually cost less than the replacement screen, which was a bonus.When we opened the box I found that it came with three cables, and lack luster documentation. I'm not a stickler for manuals, so that wasn't a major issue, yet. We charged up up and were off.The screen wasn't the best and it wasn't the worst, it worked well enough for my wife and that's all that mattered. If I had bought this for myself, I would have been disappointed. The os seemed a little jerky compared to my other tablets, but nothing terrible. Outside of that, it was simply android.The problems started as my wife started trying to do things. The default keyboard was Chinese, so we had to correct that. Easy enough to do in the settings. Then we found that the device wasn't accepted for a few of the google play games that we tried to load, not something we'd encountered before, but I'll chalk that up to being an "off brand". Side note, it makes no sense why an App company is validating hardware when the OS matches.She was only able to use the device for a couple of days. The first day or two the device's power would drain quickly. Then, at one point it didn't boot. It would flash the "PRONTOTEC" splash screen and that was it. That's about the end of the review. We spent a day or so trying every way imaginable to reset it, and never could get it reset. The documentation was of no help, and there was no place to reach out for help. We ended up returning the unit.

When I received the tablet, I found that the power adapter was missing. So, I went to plug in another adapter and found out that the AC/DC port was missing from inside the tablet. So, there was no way to charge the tablet. Next, a micro-USB fell out of the package that should have been inside the tablet. So I opened the tablet to attach the USB port,and found some other loose unidentifiable parts. The most shocking was the motherboard secured with duct tape. It started looking like an explosive device you see in the movies b/c of the shoddy design underneath the cover...wires everywhere and duct table holding things together. My wife became suspicious so she said to throw it away in case it was does blow up or something else.Then I found a return postcard inside the box, someone had previously returned the product b/c it was defective. I contacted the seller for a return. They live in China and I had to pay for shipping. Take a guess how much it costs to ship an item to China. Hint, it's more than the cost of the tablet. Beware of TOBOY (the seller) and shame on Amazon for allowing defective products to be resold to unsuspecting customers.

Received this a day after I ordered it and and it powered right up (battery was at 98%) it had a screen protector already on it so that was nice. I got this as a gift for my 9 year old so I wanted to customize it a little. It got warm after 10 mins of use ( maybe because I was running a lot of apps?) but then I noticed it cooled down. I went on YouTube to see the video quality and it was pretty good. Downloaded Netflix which was pretty awesome because I had saw prior reviews on here saying it wasn't supported. I won't truely know the quality of this tablet until my daughter puts it to full use. All in all its really nice for $70. I ordered it in pink really girly! I gave it 4 stars only because I don't know how great this product is just yet!!

My 2 complaints are..If you tilt it at all- the screen isn't clearly visable. Very low veiwing radius. I dont know if its suppose to be like that, does anyone else notice this? It has to be exactly in front of you or display is somewhat distorted. I also scratched up screen on first cleaning with digital monitor cleaning fluid and the soft cloth that came with it. I use this on my glossy computer monitor without any scratching whatsoever. It works great though have played many games and a few movies on it. Battery lasts about 4 hours with heavy use, but hey who plays tablet longer than that? lol I do notice it gets a bit warm at times, I normally just shut it off after a couple hours. All in all I think its decent for what I payed in the closeout..$49.00

Update: Within 5 months this tablet stopped holding a charge a then died completely because the charging port broke off of the device. I would not recommend this product. A bunch of the 5 star reviewers got a free gift for giving it 5 stars.It's true that they promise you a gift if you give them five stars. Pay attention to the type of internal memory that the this tablet offers. I didn't notice that it contains 8G nand flash memory because I didn't know what that meant. I never would have made this purchase had I known that most of the internal memory is an internal sd card that makes up about 6G. The internal storage makes up about 2G. Any apps I installed had to be manually moved to the internal sd card and most of them didn't move over 100%. Some apps don't give you the option to move them over to the internal sd card at all. Obviously I'm no expert but make sure you know what your getting and are ok with it before you buy.As for the rest of the tablet, I got what I expected. It's a cheap tablet that the kids enjoy playing educational games on even with the less than stellar graphics. It definitely looks faded next to my Samsung galaxy note 10.1 but I expected that. So far it works ok and as others have said that battery dies after a couple hours. I still have it because I already set it up and it works for the kids. I wouldn't do it again.

This tablet did not work at all! I bought it for my niece for Christmas and it only worked for 5 minutes and then it crashed!!! Piece of junk honestly and so heavy. You are better off buying the Fire for 30 bucks more! But my experience is not at all bad with this. As soon as I started a return I was contacted immediately via email and UPS was literally at my door picking up the package the next day. And that same day I was notified my refund had been processed. Their customer service is really top of the line so I give a 3 for overall experience.
