I never usually write reviews but I've been dying and bleaching my hair for years and this is by far the best bleach I've used! It's affordable, leaves no yellow tones with the purple masks included, didn't damage my hair and was the perfect amount for bleaching roots or sections of hair. Would recommened!

Bleached my hair bright blonde and my hair is pitch black

This make was surprisingly amazing. I loved it. The bleach powder was super and the anti yellow mask is out of this world. AMAZING

Very easy to use!Just mix it in with the bottle of peroxide developer, give it a really good stir and away you go! I had to use two rounds (so two boxes) as I have thick, dark brown hair and I knew from going to the hairdresser that a lot of my hair can't be lifted in one round.Part of my hair around my forehead and crown did go from level 2/3 to ten but most on the first round got to 6/7. So i did a second round, and then i got to 9/10, after which I applied the toner in the box, and did a seperatly demi colour in silver grey from Wella.For two rounds of bleach and a semi permanent hair dye, my hair is surprisingly soft. I didn't experience any straw like texture or drying.4*'s as I wish they gave you more toner! I used both sachets of powder and two bottles of developer as I have quite long, thick hair, and yet the tiny sachets of toner they give don't cover the same area! It is a good toner though.P.S - Any reviews giving lower stars because they didn't read the procedure and didn't buy the bottles... I'm not sure you can take that as a good review. It's written almost everywhere that you NEED to use this box with the bottles of developer sold seperately, and they're sold like that so you can determine the % of peroxide you want, with the different amounts giving different results.

Item arrived squashed and in pieces with half the contents missing. I don’t really care about the packaging but the fact half the contents are missing too makes me realise it’s not a delivery fault

I'm sure this product is fine if used correctly: You will need to buy peroxide cream separately to use it and it is important to note the message on the box says it cannot be used near the scalp with peroxide creams stronger than 6% 20 vol, and no stronger than 9%30 vol for highlights/balayage. Unfortunately I can't see that vital info mentioned here on the sales page, so it was a waste of money for me because I need to use 12% 40 vol and the product cannot be returned. That said, if you follow their instructions I'm sure you'll be OK
