The saga continues...
The saga of the Cuteoy Kitty Projector...I ordered one for each of my daughters, they both came with a hole in the seam. Returned those and got two replacements. One was fine but the other one’s projector button is broken. Returning it again and ordering another one because my 3 year old is in love with it. Also, the music is very loud and doesn’t sound like traditional lullabies.Obviously, the quality control on this toy is subpar but it is very cute and my daughters love them.

Eats threw batteries
Eats threw batteries, the music is not all instrumental lullabies and it doesn't automatically turn off. The music will stay on all night, we've had it for 4 nights and had to change the batteries twice already. The projection is nice, the music is terrible and doesn't auto turn off.

Beautiful lights, cute animal, easy to use!
We love this monkey music maker and projector! It’s easy to use, once you figure out that you need to press and hold on the side of the star for the lights. And the music mode is easy to turn on by pressing its paw. The music is on the loud side and we generally just use the lights. My kids are toddlers, but they both love watching the lights dance across the ceiling. I had to buy another one, so that they’d each have their own. My son loves monkeys, too, so that’s another win! It’s cute snd soft. The colors can be changed and press the right hand side of the star to get the projections to move. You’ll see kitties, stars, monkeys, and more!

Atleast it's cute!
Cute and soft but on certain colors when rotating the lights (because it's incredibly boring if not spinning to move the stars) it makes this horrible clicking/popping sound. Some nights my little asks me not to turn it on because she doesn't want to take the chance.

DO NOT BUY
Update!! Raising stars to 3. My 7 year old figured out if you hold both paws (power button and music symbol) it plays the music. Still not great and it's not at all what I expected or wanted- but the 4 year old is no longer crying. Just a poor design to the product overall.First this does not come with batteries which was not clear.. bought it for a birthday present and just went through old toys trying to find 3 AAA. Finally found them and it wouldn't work AT ALL. I read some of the questions posted and saw I was not the only one with the issue. Held both buttons down on the star belly and finally got the light on, but no matter what I do I can't get music to play. Highly disappointed mom and a pissed off 4 year old kid. Don't waste your money on this. Junk.
