i originally ordered this to chop onions but im amazed at the amount of stuff i can actually chop with this little tool. i chop garlic, peppers, onions, chives, parsley, tomatoes and a host of other stuff. basically, anything you want to chop into small bits, this tool is for you. the only thing is sometimes you might have to slice some stuff first like carrots need to be slices into thinner bits before chopping into small cubes but other than that, it is an excellent kitchen accessory. a definite must have!

Not worth buying not strong enough

Cut fine for the first few uses but it got dull very quickly.

This is such a time saver. I eat a few salads per week. Having containers of diced tomatoes and onions are perfect!

There isn’t a huge universe of food products that this can chop or slice, but it does a great job within its limits. However, and this is huge “however,” the plastic receptacle WILL break where it snaps into place below the blades and your device will become useless. It doesn’t matter that you are providing the correct amount of pressure to your chop or that you always are cutting the foods this was intended to cut, the receptacle IS going to break where it snaps into place.I am on my fourth one now. It’s an essential tool in my kitchen for the chopping of onions, olives, celery, and peppers and it’s not crazy expensive, so I replace these, but I assure you that I am not applying excessive pressure or otherwise abusing this product. I keep it scrupulously clean, press it as gently as I can when cutting, and ensure that all food is cut into pieces suitable for chopping, but there comes a moment when a recalcitrant piece of something or another resists the pressure you apply and, instead of it passing through the blades, it will cause the receptacle to crack at the lip just under the blades.You will enjoy yours, but don’t say you weren’t warned.
