The collar is 3 inches too big on my 30 lb beagle on the tightest setting. He writhes, yelps and sticks his tail between his legs on LEVEL 1! I must return this. Update: it broke after 1 day of use.

Lasted less than a month. At first the shock stopped working then the other modes stopped altogether. Made sure sure it was fully charged each time. Unfortunately my return window expired so it ended up in the trash.
