Wooden Watch for Men Maui Kool Kaanapali Collection Analog Large Face Wood Watch Bamboo Box

I'm hoping the company reads this review and contacts me. I bought this watch in January for my husband for Valentine's. Of course, it was outside of the return window before I gave it to him. It doesn't work. We even changed the battery. Still nothing. It's very nice looking watch but my husband can't wear it. I just want to know how to fix it.

To date, this is my favorite wood watch ( this is my fourth wood timepiece ). The sunray blue dial almost glows which catches a lot of attention as does the zebra striped wood case & bracelet. I have had people ask me to remove the watch to check out the weight & details up close, and always walk away impressed with the fit / finish. This is a lot of watch for the $$$. Highly Recommended.

So disappointed in this watch. It looks great and my husband loved it, but about 3 weeks after he got it, it stopped working and he wore it anyway because he loved it! Now it has completely lost the glass face! He only wore it occasionaly, never abused it. I'm aggravated because I should've spent the extra money on a better quality piece.

The overall design of the watch is very nice. I bought it f9r my boyfriend as an anniversary present when we got the first one it has a huge crack on the wood of the watch face. I emailed the company and they sent me a new one free of charge which was awesome. When we got the second one it had a small minor nick on the grain underneath by the watch face. We did not return this one because my boyfriend said it was fine he would just be extremely careful with it. Although this is a good looking watch because the wood used is sandalwood it makes it very fragile and can only be worn as a dress watch.

Comfortable, attractive and unusual watch. No fancy functions, but great for simple elegance.Caveat: I am wearing a replacement watch. The first did not run, and yes I tried buying a new battery. Maui Kool customer service contacted me to ask for a review, and I told them the watch looked good but did not run. They immediately emailed me a return USPS code, and asked me to send it back and let them send me a new one. Replacement arrived reasonably quickly, and I am quite happy with it and with Maui Kool's handling of the issue.

There's some incredibly cheap construction on these. You'll get a year if you're lucky and they're clearly designed to be impossible to repair.Tried contacting them to take advantage of warranty including sending the attached pictures and been radio silent. Not sure who's getting this supposedly great customer service, but it's surely not me.

This is a nice watch that my husband wore, only occasionally. It's dressy and somewhat delicate.It worked for ONLY 6 months and Quit!Local jewelry store said it needed to be sent back to company for repairs! They couldn't repair it.So, needless to say, I threw away that $.Very disappointing investment!!

Bought this for my fiancé for Christmas and it’s a very good looking watch but 2 months in and it stopped working and continues to snap off his wrist.
