doesn't work
Stopped working after less than 2 years. Tech support (someone VERY difficult to understand) told me to buy a new hub. First shipment came badly damaged with NO cords and no hard drive. Second shipment came without a hard drive and NO cords. Couldn't even plug it in to the wall! Tech support almost impossible to contact.
