MegaGear Fujifilm X100F, X100T, X100S Ultra Light Neoprene Camera Case, with Carabiner

I bought this sleeve for a new Fujifilm X100f. It fits like a glove and is as advertised. It is LIGHT DUTY protection against dirt, dust, scratches, a little bit of light rain, etc. It might also protect against a random spill of liquid but I haven't tested that yet. It is just a neoprene sleeve, so it does NOT have padding, but that isn't what it's for. If you need more padding and weather protection or a strap for carrying all day, I'd get a Promaster Impulse 9470. Note that this sleeve is a tight fit: If you have any of the add-ons like a leather half case or thumb rest, your camera won't fit.

I got this case and camera for a trip to Italy I got back from. I wanted something I could protect my camera when I put it in my messenger bag. I wanted to travel light as I wasn’t taking my 6D or lenses or lens bag and knew the neoprene would give it a little protection from bumps and water protection if I got caught in the rain. The case is snug and has a little stretch to the neoprene but fits the camera securely. Like most of my new cameras I left it in my lap with my messenger bag and when I got out of the car it fell on the ground. No dings or scratches on the camera. The next morning it hit the floor once more and again no issues with the camera. In the bag, when it wasn’t in use it protected the camera through out the day. My only concerns were it isn’t attractive to match the style of the camera and it is a bit snug. It isn’t a problem but I wished it were easier to drop in the bag or take it out one-handed. Also a belt loop would be ok too but none of it was a deal breaker and for $12 it did what I wanted it to do and beyond my expectations.

Provides some basic protection for your X100-series camera. Not as much as a hard case, but enough that you can throw it in s backpack or bag without getting it scratched up. Camera fits perfectly. Mine is a little snug, but keep an adapter ring and glass filter mounted most of the time. The carabiner makes it easy to clip the camera to your belt loop. The Velcro is high quality so I don't feel like the camera could accidentally slip out. The case is well-made and I think will last a long time.

I loved it however after I added a hood to my Fujifilm x100v it didn’t fit in the bag so I had to return it.

I decided to try this case when I lost my OP/TECH compact case for my X100S, which I thought was perfect except for the usage of button clasps that marred the bottom of my camera. I saw the reviews that said it was a snug fit, but decided to try it anyway.Now if you primary usage of the case is to keep it inside for long periods of time, this case should be OK. But if you are going to use this as a "take a picture now, put it back in the case, remove it for another picture after a minute, put it back inside, and repeat 5x" then I would think twice about it because while it DOES fit, it's a bit too snug and takes extra effort to maneuver an X100F with UV filter on, and that's even without the lens cap. It's so snug that I can see indentation marks in the material from my UV filter. I decided I didn't want to deal with it, and returned it. Maybe it'll loosen up a bit with use? I'll never know, and I didn't want to bother trying.

Seems to be well made and good protection from bumps for the x100 cameras. But, it is a very, very tight fit. You have to stretch the material to get the camera in or out. I worry about dropping the camera getting it out of the case. That said it is good protection for use in glove box or car console. If it were just a bit larger I’d give it five stars.

My X100F with hood fits fine with a (very)little extra room. I use the type of hood that doesn't flare out but I think the other would work as well. I don't use a thumb piece but it seems like that would fit, too. Velcro closure. I have used the other brand neoprene case with the snaps but seem to have lost it. This is an easier fit for the camera. This case has a loop and biner(which I would not trust to hold this $1300 camera) and the other has a tether that is nice to keep the case from wandering when not on the camera. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

(I really like the lens hood and won't remove it just to use the case).I should have listened to the other reviewers who noted that the case was a tight fit; I was warned. But I figured the case would stretch. It won't. At least not enough.With some effort, I could squeeze the camera in, but then the cover won't close. And by the time I'd be able to pry the camera back out of the case, I would have missed the shot. Or worse, dropped the camera during the struggle with the case. I'm sorry I bought it. Waste of money.

Está muy apretado, apenas y cabe la cámara para meterla y sacarla. Si le pones un filtro o algo así olvídalo. fuera de eso, hace su trabajo.

Parfaitement adapté à mon x100f. Possibilité de laisser la courroie, petit mousqueton. Bref : tout est OK pour moi.

I got a second hand film camera and was looking for a compact sleeve for it. This is exactly what I was looking for plus the hook makes it extra practical for carrying the camera around without the need of a bulkier bag.
