Wouldn't recommend them to anyone
I'm extremely disappointed with these stereo headphone and microphone adapters. The sound quality is awful, constantly distorted. The connection is unstable, often disconnecting. And the build is flimsy, feels like it'll break easily. Such a waste of money. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I had to get a replacement! The connection to my controller was going in and out causing my headset to make much noise. Seller was quick to send me a replacement thankfully ❤️ Other then that, price is right and the new one works great.

Does the job, but doesn't remember your settings.
My old Xbox adapter was having issues, so I went to replace it and couldn't find the official "Xbox" version (I assume they stopped making it), so I had to go after-market and this seemed as good as any.The big problem is that every time I use it, the volume is at max and the chat/game mix is reset. This was not an issue with the original.It also fits extremely tight, which I hope will loosen up with time and certainly better than too loose, but its a bear to remove.

Incompatible for my Xbox controller
Though it didn't work for my Xbox controller as far as the mike was concerned, it did work for the sound. I realized I had the wrong xbox controller for this adapter.
