Works great and safe to use since its carbon. Easier on the gun bore

Just received the product today and immediately went and cleaned my glock and Walther barrels. The rod is the perfect weight and length and did exactly what it's designed to do. I noticed immediately that it has a nice, tight tolerance where the rod doesn't just spin freely like my Dewey rods do which is EXACTLY what I wanted for my smaller barrels. This things great, just get it already!

I shoot Competition 8 months out of the Year. I have 5 Name Brand ball bearing cleaning rods of 3 different top band names. Purchessed the Breakthrough because I good get a 39" without cutting it down. However Breakthrough has without doubt become my go to cleaning Rod on the Road and at Home. At some weekend matches I clean 12 to 14 times. I say Breakthrough is the best Rod I have handled. I love the heavy handle, and the must have Carbon Fiber Rod. "I have give 2 of the more expensive rods away"

No problems yet. Tip stayed on and haven’t broke the rod. Maybe I’m just using it properly? A plus is my wife says “I like the color of that green handled thing whatever it is”.

I own several Dewey and some old unbranded rifle length cleaning rods, but wanted a shorter one for pistols. Bought this one on a whim instead of the Dewey, and am glad I did. I very much like the heavy handle on this, and am very pleased with the rod. Cleaned several pistols as soon as I unpacked this rod and like it very much. Worth buying!

Perfect! Works well! No more loose metal rods that come apart and scratch the bores!

Very high quality but the handle is a little too heavy.
