Yummy
I am slightly obsessed with chilli sauces and oils and really wanted something to dip dim sum in.This is delicious. It is spicy, so if you don’t like it hot, it might not be for you.I also liked it had no non natural ingredients into, as a lot of these oils have MSG in them, and other unnecessary and unhealthy things in them!I dipped things in it and cooked with it and finished it in two weeks….I will be placing another order soon!

Chilli oil lacked flavour
Tried this chilli oil, expecting that as it was home-made, it should be better than the mass produced product. Found it lacked real body / thickness and flavour and so wasn’t very yummy. Next time, I will go with one of the main brands again.

Full of flavour
I love this chilli oil , I don’t go for very hot food but this oil has taught me I am missing out, it’s full of flavour as well as the heat , I use it on dumplings and other Chinese food but also on other types of food , it’s great drizzled on salmon , it lasts so long too . Would recommend it as a staple fridge item 👍😁

Heal my home sick
I move to UK last year, I took few jar chill sauce with me. I finished them already . Try to look for the replacement. My friend gave this Mei's Chiu Chow chilli sauce as a Xmas gift. I am very happy and treasure it. The taste was exactly the same taste like I had before. Luckily, I found them again in Amazon, so I can keep buying and enjoying. Thank you Mei's Homemade
