The primary reason for my 1 star review is that the buttons stick down in the pressed position. I thought that maybe I received a bad unit so I ordered a replacement - still the same problem. I am opting to purchased an original version (unfortunately used) from another site. Another minor complaint is that the button placement doesn't match the original remote (see picture). The picture shows the original Panasonic remote on the left. Note that the sizing is off because of the pictures have been scaled to match approximately.

Purchased to replace my original Panasonic blu-ray theater system remote in which the sound volume button no longer works. All I had to do with the new remote was to install 2 AA batteries and point it at the theater system, and it worked. A few of the buttons were in a different place than the original but they all do what they're supposed to.

It does serve its purpose but the center button and cursor around it (directional ring/buttons) is mostly unresponsive. You have to hit multiple times to get a response. I really needed the original remote to set up some functions but I tend to use a DVD remote when I need that cursor because it responds instantly.

Great replacement to my original remote controller. Easy to get used to as a couple of buttons were moved. Slightly larger than original so it’s better for my bigger hands.

The Remote works great. There is a mark where it looks like someone took a pen and stabbed it really hard right on the top, leaving a good dent. It does not cause issues to the functionality and is not worth returning. Wish it would have came with a T.V. code guide to pair to a T.V. But works fine nonetheless.
