If you are unsure of purchasing this don’t be. Surprised at the price and how it could work. Wanted an air fryer but have an instant pot so procrastinated about buying this instead and at one point was tempted to upgrade a perfectly good instant pot. This is brilliant. Works so easy and the food is cooked great. Saving on using the oven for cooking lots of different foods so very economical. So pleased I bought it especially as it is currently reduced in price.

I'm sure a dedicated air fryer would probably be better, but I already have an instant pot so this gadget is a good value and not very space hungry way to get an air fryer function. It works pretty well, I guess just like a mini oven, and I've used it quite a lot for whenever I need to roast or grill something small as well as 'air fry' (honestly I'm not too sure what the difference really is!). It's quicker than the oven as the temperature is reached pretty much straight way. Have enjoyed using it!

The air fryer works well. Bacon, roasts veg, sausages and chips have all come out nicely. Why not 5 *? It makes a loud beep every time you press a button to change settings.

Easy to clean and use, perfect for one person like my self, nice to see when things are cooked to liking. would also be fine for 2 people. fairy cake were perfect cooked, cooked Mac & cheeses normal in instapot the change to air fry lid spiracle extra cheese and browned was the best Mac I have had, done the same with my lassanya once again perfect. so far every thing I use it for works , so I HIGHLy recommend this air fryer lid. my only concern after reading reports is how long do u expect the bulbs to last and where can u get replace ments. so firths is perfect fryer for me made cooking tasty meals for one person

I haven't had the time recently to investigate this piece of kit, but thought I ought to give it a go with some sausages from our butcher. it came with lots of accessories which was good, but the instructions are poor. There is a small recipe book, poorly written and laid out. No basics to try out before progressing to an actual recipe. I followed the set up and use on page 9 of the instruction book and all was okay until I got to item 7 - pressing the Menu button - and nothing happened, so had to programme it all manually. The picture in the user manual of the buttons, and what they are for, is far too small to be of any use.So, in summary, it works but like any new item it's a steep learning curve especially when one of the functions doesn't actually work.

Bought this as a much cheaper option than the official tefal airfry lid accessory. It sits on top of the pressure cooker bowl perfectly, and has the benefit of a glass lid so you can see how things are crimping or glazing off nicely.Saying that, other than a quick test run to check it gets hot, and it does very quickly, I haven't yet used it. But when I honey glaze my next ham I think the included silicone safety mat will be a godsend to protect my worktop from the hot lid when it's finished.For very little money I now have a halogen airfryer as well as my pressure cooker. Very tasty.UPDATE : after pressure cooking my ham joint, moist and succulent as ever, cut it in half, brushed with honey and mustard, 7 minute blast on max heat and its officially a success. Best just got better.

Purchased 8 months ago and used only a handful of times and it has already packed in. At first I'd get an error code which was annoying as it would stop mid cook but now it doesn't even heat at all. I don't expect these things to last forever but I do expect to get a reasonable amount of use. A handful of times in 8 months is far from reasonable. It was also £40.99 when I bought it. Can't find manufacturers details anywhere online so will have to consider this a loss.

This worked quite well for a while. It was good as a secondary air fryer when my main one was busy. But suddenly it stopped working. It blows only cold air now. Very disappointed as the cut off date for retuning it was March. It should have lasted longer than a few months and I see no way of getting a refund. It came from China so I don’t know.
