I purchased this portable printer for traveling. I had many questions about this printer's print quality and the on/off button.Cindy, the customer service from HPRT, is very patient in answering all my questions. She answered the questions immediately and sent the parts to me if there was an issue.

Able to connect thru QR code that gave app to print from on my phone. Also comes with spare print ribbon so should be able to print 100 pages if estimates are correct. Great to have and not bulky. Very solid case as well

Copying in my Semi

We simply could not get it to work with our Mac portable. Returned it. It turned out the problem was our operating system was too old. We were contacted by the seller who diligently worked with us attempting to resolve the problem, after sending a replacement printer. We bought newer, but used, laptop and It now does work. 5 stars for great customer service, but make sure you have a relatively recent operating system on your computer. Unfortunately I don't exactly know how new it has to be

Easy set up. Download the apps and connect to your device. That's all you need. Print however you like.

I didn’t get my carry case !!!

I’m a truck driver and this printer is exactly what I needed, I like everything about it

Did not get to use it much as my husband was in the hospital. Then when I did it worked fine for a couple prints then when haywire!!For the price I would expect it to be better. 😞
