i havent used them just now, but it had all that was listed in the purchase, personally i think its a great deal, when your mower gets hard to steer, especially on older models, and i have been re furbishing riding mowers for years, and i think you are better off refurbishing an older model, than you are buying a newer model, that is too many plastic parts, even the carburetor, intake plastick timing gears inside, and to prove that look how murray, craftsman, husquvarna polen and simplicity are still running and doing their job, even the 8,10,12 and 15 hp riding mowers( are still going, if u take care of them). now they have the battery type mowers, very heavy and a few have known for starting fires in your garage, or work shop+ are very expensive to keep up....SO its up to you my friend, U have a choice right nowSO GOOD LUCK
