Everyone is different and will have a different result so with that in mind, I guess it makes sense when I read through the negative reviews. I didn't experience any of those negatives so far though so I can only speak on what I've experienced.I have never been one to be very regular so I will often use a product like this to make sure I clean myself out every few months. This is the first time I've used this product. I followed the suggested use on the bottle, which is to take 2 capsules 2 times daily with at least 10-12oz of water immediately. They recommend about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days. On day 1, I took the capsules at noon with 12oz of water. By 1:30pm, I was feeling a little gas and then a sudden urge to use the toilet. It wasn't an emergency visit but it was obvious I needed to make time for the bathroom very soon which is exactly what I did. I won't go into great detail but it was a good visit. No discomfort and solid BM. Throughout the rest of the day I felt completely normal. No cramps, gas, etc.I am only on day 3 but after day 1, those sudden urges roughly 1-2 hours after taking two capsules + 12oz water have stayed mostly consistent. I'll wait to make a final verdict after 10 days but this has been a very easy and comfortable way to cleanse and if it continues, I think I'll continue to purchase these every 3 months.I'll try to update my review after 10 days but I suspect it will be more of the same. My recommendation is that you drink lots of water, at least 10oz when taking the capsules, and more than your average throughout the day. I think that's key to consistent and smooth visits to the bathroom.

I had surgery because of that thang hanging like a ball and it is difficult to poop for more than 15yrs. Before i had surgery, this is my best friend for maybe 4 to 5yrs now and makes me poop and doesnt hurt like other laxative. It makes me feel clean and light. I know it could be a habit forming supplement but just make sure youre taking food high in fiber so you wont need this everyday. Surgery helped much plus this while i recover.**i bought my husband this with the same issue, also my sisters loved it.
