Wonderful!Molds to my neck and shoulders and yet is firm enough to support my nape (the back of my neck). It is not like those memory foam neck pillows which melt and provide no support.With this pillow, I can distribute the "content" however I want , to wherever I need support.The missing star is caused by the bad zipper of the case that does not stay closed. Fortunately it is the zipper of the case, therefore the buckwheat hulls were not spilled outEDITED: it was not the zipper of the case that came with the pillow.Everything was good. I am very happy with neck pillow.Changed to 5 stars!

Had to buy a bag of buckwheat hulls to "fatten" it up to a functional firmness. Cute material though.

The pillow is well made. It woks well as a neck pillow. I love that it's not a tight U Shaped. That works best for my larger neck.

This little pillow is perfect. Great support for my neck while in my recliner.

The pillow had barely any buckwheat filling when it arrived. Once I supplemented with additional buckwheat, it was perfect. The shape and size is great for me and it has reduced my daily neck pain. Just be prepared to spend more money on the buckwheat hulls than on the pillow.

I thought the buckwheat hulls would be too noisy but they aren’t! The pillow molds any way you want it and it’s super comfortable!
