I was disappointed to find that these are made of a stiff kind of plastic rather than a supple rubber material. Thus, the bands don't really rebound as well as what I'm used to using at the gym. They are slippery and hard to get a grip on and when you pull them, they take longer than expected to regain their shape, making them less useful for resistance exercises because the resistance kinda quits for few seconds after the band is stretched. I failed to return them in time and now I'm stuck with them. Bummer.

The bands themselves seem fine. I’ve used lots of bands as a powerlifter in various gyms and with PT professionals. The issue I have is that I paid for 5 bands and only got 3! I opened the bag just now and I’m missing the black and purple bands. I was counting on having them for extra flexibility in loading up body weight exercises for me and for my girlfriend.

I've been using these consistently every week now for about 3 months, mainly the red and black. Recently went up to purple and have used purple band about 3 times. Stupid thing broke today. I wonder if not stretching the band regularly tends to weaken it? Anyway, other than the purple band, the bands have worked quite well. I'm a little leery now about stretching them now that one has broken.

We love these. You can double up for a little extra assistance for a good burn out. They are very sturdy. Anyone who knows what they are for will be pleased with the purchase. I disagree with the comment of not enough resistance. I believe that person needs a bigger size to help with ASSISTANCE! THE SMALLER THE BAND THE LESS ASSISTANCE YOU GET!FANTASTIC PRODUCT!

The verdict is still out on these, although so far, I like them. I’ve only used the green band so far. I use it in my pull-up bar to assist in my pull-ups & chin-ups. This is why I bought them & so far, so good. I’d like to explore how else these bands can be used. Nothing came with them, as far as exercises.They seem to be durable and well-made. Time will tell.

I liked that they are durable and well made. You get different sizes which helped with figuring out what one we needed to start with. My daughter is 96 lbs and she is learning pull ups. It is still hard for her to do them with the thicker band but she did figure out how to do them. It helped without me having to assist her. The more she uses them the easier it is getting.

I paid for the five bands and when the package arrived I only received 4. The green band was missing from my set which is a shame because my husband wanted this set due to the weight resistance that this particular bband would provide.Definitely feel like I did not get what was advertised and what I paid for.

Cada una de las bandas llegó en perfecto estado. Son resistentes
