Cheap assembly and material quality
The scooter looks great and overall was the best among other noname brands available on Amazon. One scooter of this brand I ordered almost immediately stopped working after 30 minutes on the first try (was 3/4 battery, can’t charge or do anything - doesn’t even turn on), the replacement scooter was better and survived about 4 months of moderate use (4 miles per day). Back wheel cover, which is also used as binding for the steering in the folded position, completely came off. The scooter is quite heavy and the back wheel cover is a very thin plastic with no reinforcement, so it obviously breaks after folding and carrying the scooter for some time. I’m not sure what to do with it now, should I throw it away? Can’t fold it anymore and carry anywhere. A complete waste of money. I expected it to last for a year at least, turned out to be cheaper to just use shared scooters on the street.

Fun to ride
So much fun to ride. Look up on youtube about safety and what not to do when braking. Start out slow and get used to it before going fast. Use the app on the phone. The only thing I don't like is the phone holder, it does not hold the phone to good and I had phone fall off, was lucky phone didn't break.

Solid feeling scooter, great range
First a caution, this is my first escooter so I am not an authority on the subject. The scooter arrived in a timely manner with some minor cosmetic damage to the plastic parts on the deck. Not wanting to return it immediately I charged it up and went for a quick test ride to make sure it was otherwise fully functional and wrote the seller/manufacturer asking if they had the ability to provide a spare part to replace it. While they could not do so, they offered some monetary compensation for the cosmetic damage, which I feel was fairly good customer service on their part.Setup of the scooter was otherwise very simple, the charger brick has a cooling fan in it which is an unexpected given that my ebike battery chargers do not have this. Is this a good/premium feature? I couldn't say. I tightened all of the bolts, rotated the brake lever to a comfortable spot and got to riding. Pairing the bluetooth app was also very simple, and while I haven't rode with it yet, I found it useful to set the units displayed and turn off cruise control while I got used to the scooter. The ride quality has been great, the solid tires aren't a big negative unless you're riding on very rough terrain/rocks. I am happy to not have to deal with tires in exchange for the slightly bumpier ride. My only complaint with the tires if if you hit a big rock you will definitely know it. Otherwise the ride is very stable and easy to operate. The acceleration is smooth (no worries of whiskey throttle) and it easily gets up to the reported top speed of ~19mph. This is even with my weight on it which is at the maximum. If you have some speed approaching a hill it will usually do fine up the hill, if you start from a stop on a hill it will have trouble.Lastly, the range has been excellent, I rode it lazily for about 3 hours all together on the first charge and it was just then reporting 3 out of 5 battery bars. As far as the actual range I'll leave that up to someone who GPS tracked it.My only real negatives for this scooter are I'm a bigger guy and I'd like a bigger deck for comfort, and it's definitely not for even light off roading. You can ride in the grass, you can ride in gravel, I've done both, but it is obviously not for this and the combo of the solid tires and stiff front / no rear suspension will prevent it from being viable for that. Also the brakes are a negative and a plus. The brakes being drum/electric are not super powerful, so if you had to stop very quickly you probably cannot and will likely need to bail off. This also means if you're new to scooters you can't really cause an issue by grabbing the brakes without leaning back even if you grab the brakes at speed because of how soft they are. It still feels safer to do so, but if a complete new rider jumped on I don't think they could make themselves go over the bars or anything with the brakes.TLDR: Scooter feels solid, rides great, good range. Brakes on the soft side. Manufacturer/seller responded favorably to minor issue promptly. Would recommend especially for the sale price.

Powerful,fast,smooth and quiet
Scooter was a little taller than expected but once you are on it, feels very comfortable and safe. Excellent pick up and powerful up hill. Has 3 speed modes, the slower one which is helpful when you are scooting where there are people walking. Comes with Km/hr setting and haven’t figured out how to change it to MPH but not a big deal to me. Very smooth, quiet ride. Braking can be a little abrupt but otherwise am very happy with my purchase.Update: Don’t use the scooter a lot. Suddenly came up with E6 message and Abruptly stops and have to manually push the scooter. Tried getting support but no answers from support. Sending it back!!!

Good scooter for the money
This scooter is my very first electric scooter and I must say that it is surprisingly good. It can go almost 19mph and has a decent enough range to get me to work and back. Although if you do plan on trying to get 40 miles range on this thing, I wouldn’t use full throttle at the top speed, I’d say you’d get about 20 miles range if you went all out at full speed. The ride is a bit rough but that’s because of the tires, so if you’re fine with that then this is a good scooter. Handlebars became a bit loose for me after a few days but I was able to retighten them easily with the hex tool that was provided. This bike is good value for $$$

Would not recommend to buy!
The scooter started to malfunction after a few months of riding it. An error message and a red wrench pops up on the LCD screen and then the scooter cuts off. The part to fix it was under warranty but they do not install it for you. You have to install the part yourself and they instructed me to take the entire scooter apart with some household tools. You need way more than house hold tools to fix this. I have went to 4 different locations to find to correct tool to install the part. So I ordered the part off Amazon but it is the wrong size. This while ordeal has been a headache and I wish I never even bought this scooter.

Great power, stiff rider
The 450 watts is way better than the GoTrax G4 and the NIU pro but the ride is really stiff and may shake your teeth loose.
