This locking gas cap does exactly what it's supposed to do: it fits my car perfectly and gives me peace of mind knowing my gas tank is secure. For the price, it's a solid product that provides good value. It seals well, and I haven't had any "check engine" light issues. My only real complaint is with the locking mechanism itself. To unlock and remove the cap, you have to hold the key turned with one hand while you twist the cap off with the other. It's a bit of a pain and definitely a two-handed job, which can be awkward at the gas pump. Overall, it serves its purpose well, and I'm happy with the security it provides. Just be prepared for a slightly clumsy removal process every time you fill up. It's a minor inconvenience for the security you get.

The spring broke and cap wouldn’t open. Discovered this after waiting in a long gas line. Drove up to the pump and the darn cap would just spin. Almost out of gas but made it to a mechanic who said I should take to dealer. Fortunately, dealer was close. $195+ and the locking gas cap is off and a regular one is on.

This is the worse gas cap in the world. Once it goes on you can't get it off .it just spins and spins you can't tell if is unlocked and it keeps clicking. I got this to keep my gas safe and now I cant even put gas in it. I.need to find my old one and put it back in.. do not recommend to anyone that wants to stay sane

Where to start I have had it for a month now and this thing couldn’t be unlocked we tried several times and ways but no we had to break it because it wouldn’t unlock and it broke easily we thought it was gona be difficult but it was not that day it was our lucky day because it happened that we had a knife in the truck if it wasn’t for that we wouldn’t of had to continue our trip to Texas we are disappointed because we wasted money and time on a thing that wouldn’t work I recommend to buy another product.

My husband had to initially show me how to use this gas cap, but I got the hang of it and it works great.

The Item received month and half back.the Key is clumsy at the begginng. Today I went to the gas station and tried to open gas cap. Not open with key. Turn counter clockwise as instructions . It Broke into pieces ! Worst case is that the latter part stuck in gas tank and blocked . I had to get a mechanic to remove it ! Attaching the pictures . Highly Disappointed on your product . Not recommended.
