I use this mask when I do spray paint hard. It is lightweight and if it’s really hot that day when you’re sweating as you exhale the water goes out the bottom of the mask. As long as the size is correct you have a great seal that’s very comfortable to wear. Just make sure you have the right filters for the application unit. I recommend this product to anyone for dust chemicals if the right filters are used in painting. For what you are getting the price is not bad at all.

I like the ability to weld and still protect my lungs. Fits under my welding helmet.

This is very close to the industry standard 3M 6200, but with two twists. First, the gasket material on the cartridge rings is a bit different: a rubber versus the textured foam of the 3M. Second, the strap material is much more solid, and the plastic headset is thicker and stronger. It seems to be a bit better than the 3M in that respect.It comes with a set of cartridges, four pre-filters, two dust filters, and retainers for the cartridges. All of the filters seemed to perform well in my paint booth, but I have no idea about longevity compared to other brands. Keep your carbon filters wrapped when not in use, btw.Given all of the components, this is a good buy. I'd take the mask over the 3M version as it seems more rugged.
