Fun but bad quality
I bought this for my son and he opened it for christmas, at first it was great, soft and squshy pillow and the doorbell worked...just once, then when you flip it inside out to the penguin it is a bit lumpy, and a little tricky for a 5 yr old, but he got the hang of it. After flipping it back to the house....or igloo....it is permanently lumpy and uneven and the door bell no longer worked and there is no access to get to the little box to see if a wire was loose (the 'doorbell box' is just floating around in there with a long wire, not attached to stay in one place, so one wrong pull and well..) also if it ever did come undone, and with the lack of quality i could see it happening, the wire could have a potential strangle factor...I'm trying to get ahold of the manufacturer as we speak, cuz I bought it over 30 days ago and amazon only has a 30 day policy (which the woman from amazon did lots, even called the manufacturer for me and got info) I was storing it for xmas. All in all, my son is happy with it for now, he's not toooo heart broken about the door, he still thinks i can fix it. For really small children, namely 3 and under I would not recommend.....and it's made in hong kong, so you get what you pay for.....**So I got ahold of an email to the company and explained my situation and the guy is sending a replacement, no questions asked....Ièm very happy of the no hassle on that part, and I think the customer service from the website should be more informed on what to do cuz they has no clue about any contact info on whom to ask about this problem. All in all as i said, good for 3 yrs+ and the quality is in the middle of dollerama and hallmark, so middle of the road....but in the end, my son loves it ALOT and he is happy and so am I, and I donèt understand how people are having problems with amazon, I have had a few things that I needed fixed and Amazon reps have always done good, but if u get someone who doens't care just call back!

Transforming Pillow
I was happy to find this one but a little sad the batteries were already dead when it arrived. My older son had the dragon from years ago and my 7 year old wanted his own. Aside from not being able to replace the batteries its great.

The only reason I give it 2 stars is because
Of how great Amazon was when I called them. I bought this for a birthday present. When my son opened it there was a big hole on the pinguin side. I could find no contact info for the company that sells these so I called amazon who was great about this. I am getting a replacement and I hope the stuffing isn't falling out of the next one, or I'll regret my 2 star rating! The idea of these are great, they're cute as a button, but their materials used to make these aren't that awesome.

Cute and Soft but very difficult for child
The Happy Napper was a much desired toy for my nieces for X-mas. I bought 3 different ones. Each one is cute but I agree with other reviews that the doorbell is in an odd spot for a child to push. Also, when transforming them back and forth, it is difficult for children to get the animal back into the home and then zip it up. They couldn't do it without adults helping them. The recommended age is 12 months to 11 years. I can understand that a year old child can't get it back in its home but my 10 year old niece had problems zipping it up inside the igloo. Shouldn't be so very difficult. However, the toys are very cute and soft.

Kids love it but the quality is poor
We got the delivery of this product from Amazon.com 2 days ago. My kids just loved it. However, after 2 days of holding and sleeping with it, the blue sign (a piece of clothes) on the igloo is already broken (falling off). My kids were afraid having it taking away and insisted that it was not a problem for them. Nevertheless, I can see that the defect really bothers them (as they no longer carrying the toy with the igloo out). I am happy that my kids were really into it but am very disappointed with the poor quality.I will reach out to Amazon.com to see if they can send me a replacement without having to take the Penguin / Igloo away first. I am thinking of buying another one and then return the broken one. No sure what I will do. Stay tune and I will update you on the resolution.

Cute but bad quality
I bought three happy nappers for my three kids and while they are very cute and my kids are happy with their appearance they are very poorly made. The ladybug's doorbell did not work when we opened it but my daughter did not want to part with it in order for me to send it back. Also I realized there is no way of changing any batteries for the doorbells as the mechanism is sewn inside the toy. My youngest son got the penguin but on day two there is a large hole in the seam of his leg and the stuffing is sticking out. My oldest son got the dragon and it seems to be holding up o.k. by day three but I can see where the stitches are too big and will probably break soon. Thankfully I got these on sale and did not pay anywhere near the T.V. price as they are not worth it by any means. If your child wants a stuffed animal/pillow I would suggest the pillow pets as my kids have had those for several years and they have held up really well

18 month old not interested
Cute idea but the button to make him snore is hard to find and mash. When the penguin is back in the igloo, it is lumpy and shaped funny.

The worst Christmas present he got.
This was something my grandson really wanted, so we were both excited when he opened it. Five minutes later he was in tears and came to his mom because the seams were ripping open. All he did was put the penguin into the igloo once and take it out. He wasn't being rough with it. We decided to send it back and contacted "cell 4 cheap" about a return ......... no response from them. Amazon helped us out.

Poor quality...
Once again we're almost at the summer holidays so it's time for the cable channels to promote the must have product. Last year it was huggle buddies, this year it's the play pillows. I resisted last year but this year I caved in and I am disappointed. My two boys love their penguins and have been playing with them non stop but I am appalled by the quality considering the price paid. Both penguins (we bought two) have shed their fluff worse than the dog and one penguin arrived with three different holes at the seams. I have repaired these and as I say my boys are thrilled but I would not pay the price they are asking again. If I were you I would try and persuade your kids to have something else, because for £20+ you can get much better toys.

It was a hit
Was a hit for my 8 year old she really wanted it and was happy with it. Turns into a pillow or a cuddly toy.
