Perfect Panama Recipes: A Go-To Cookbook of Latin American Dish Ideas! Paperback – Import, 23 March 2020

The title of the book and some of the reviews made this an enticing buy, however, it was nothing short of a major disappointment. Being that I am of Panamanian descent, I found the recipes to be utterly incorrect. I am truly offended that anyone would consider this book to be on par with Panamanian recipes.

Here it is. And only tried a couple so far and brings back a lot of great memories of the delicious food from Panama

I liked the authenticity of the recipes but the book lacks imagination in its visual presentation. In one word: it is dull and disappointing
