Haven't tried the multi functions yet but it works great on hard wood floor. I have a toddler so it can get very messy after eating or playing with paints etc. This mop is much easier to use than the traditional ones.

In under year of extremely light use this started to breakdown. First the connections on the attachments broke. Then I tried to use it just to the floor and within minutes there was a burning plastic smell, steam started leaking from everywhere and a button just flew off! The entire thing except the handle was extremely hot.

Two different pieces were bent so that burning hot water and steam leaked out. The metal pole pieces became burning hot to the touch. Not a reliable or well made product.

Worked the first couples times, broke shortly after. I didn’t use it more than a handful of timesMop stopped steaming and I never got to returning on time.I tried to get it to work, no luck. THEN cheap plastic pole broke. Waste of money

It was a little confusing to assemble but this product works. I love it! It does feel cheap but for under $100, I wasn’t expecting it to be too durable to the chaos of the world. It works great. Just be smart to know not to touch where the boiling water will be and you’ll have a good time.

This is a great steamer. Heats up quickly and supplies plenty of steam to get floors clean and leaves no streaks or spots. It’s so light weights very easy to put together, works very well. Overall its very nice.

The part that holds the aluminum rod together is made of plastic and it melted after one short use so the buttons that are supposed to pop into the holes, (also part of the plastic piece) are warped and won't hold it together.When I went to use it after a few minutes the second time, the steam came out the top of the rod and almost burned me!!Unfortunately, I didn't end up opening this mop until after the return window closed, so lesson learned. Would not buy from this company or recommend.
