Perfect Replacements
Bought for replacements for original Cuisinart grilling plates. Eight months now and like new. Fast delivery,Perfect fit. Best part is they re very easy to clean. Much easier than original ones. I just place in sink with a little liquid soap and run hot water on them. Let sit for short time with water on them. Everything slides off. I scrub a little soft sponge. Rinse and ALL CLEAN! Plates more smooth and slippery than original. Perfect replacements. I would buy again as long as the unit help up.

Assume it was my error
Unfortunately, the replacement plates did not fit my Cuisinart Griddler and I had to return them, therefore could not rate them but the rating given is based on the service received. The size of the plates was correct but the notches to secure them were in the wrong spot. Perhaps my model was too old. The griddle plates did arrive on time and in good condition. This is the first time I've returned an item and was pleased to learn how easy the process was to complete.

Perfect fit, lightweight replacement plates
I end up replacing the plates about every five years. Before these, the plates I got were always teflon-coated stainless steel. These are aluminum, which means they probably won't last as long and will be warmer directly above and below the heating elements, but they also weigh less than half as much and heat faster. I estimate these plates reach medium-high "grill" temperature in about 5 minutes, compared to about 7 for the steel plates. This makes it easier to use. They also cool off faster, so I can clean them after 30-40 minutes (compared to 60+ for the steel plates). The teflon coating on these plates seems to be applied better than on my previous plates, and the cleaning is easy (although that may be mostly because they are new). So far (having cooked twice on the grill and once on the griddle), these plates feel like an upgrade over the last set I got.

I think the replacement plates are better than the ones from Cuisinart.
