A great book for those who want to maximize their potential in career and in relationships
I echo the previous reviewer who noted “Over the years I’ve been a frequent consumer of self-help books and audio programs which I’d frequently listen to between sales appointments.” Self-help is an unfortunate term for that genre of books, and for someone like me who has read a wide scope of them focused on helping one become a top performer in career or in life, it feels like I have read them all. So I was excited to read Logic, Mind and Health because I am a fan of the genre. However, this book holds really pleasant surprises even for an experienced reader like me. What Hall has done is cleanly and succinctly outline best practices for maximizing one’s potential. He doesn’t just tell you how to do it, he outlines very clearly WHY it works, and yet somehow manages to do that in a very readable way. Hall outlines the basis of the mind body connection so clearly you can’t NOT get it. This little book will be a lifeline for those who want to improve their life: personally, professionally or spiritually. There is so much there, one review can’t possible do it justice. I highly recommend it. I bought a copy for all of my kids, and I will be reading it again.

Incredibly read!
Logic Mind and Health has helped changed my life for the better! This book has guided me to healthy habits on how to decrease the stress levels in my life that will stick with me for years to come. As an added bonus, Brandon seems to be such a down-to-earth guy who you feel instantly connected with when reading the book. A must read for anyone struggling with the day to day stress life throws at you or for anyone trying to find your ultimate purpose in life.

Interesting read with lots of "AHA!" moments!
I don't think of myself as a person who is high-stressed, so I was pleasantly surprised to find the book so compelling and informative. I enjoyed Brandon Hall's writing style. He talks about his own life experiences, and at the same time, it seems as if he is talking personally to the reader. The self-assessment quiz and journaling pages are a very usable bonus. I have already put some of his tips and techniques into action, and am loving the results!

A great read!
Well written book and was able to connect to exactly the scenarios and thought processes he experienced. It just gives you a sense of guidance & viewpoints to make positive changes that can be applied to many components of life. Thank you Brandon. (theRealOC)
