This paper is so easy to use and makes a great transfer

This is the hardest product to use. I have the HPN Swing Away Sure Pressure Heat Press and I can't get this high dollar transfer paper to work. I am so tired of trying and would like money spent to be refunded. I have search youtube after youtube and they make it look easy but this is horrible and costing me money and time I can't get back.
