I am so glad I found these gummy supplements! The taste was kinda weird to be honest. I was struggling with low mood and stress. I can see a huge difference when I don't take them. Flavor is a bit off and took some getting used to. I dont shudder so much half way into the bottle as when I first started taking them. I will say within a week I noticed an immediate lift in my over all mood. Vitamin D deficiency is one of the most under treated vitamin deficiencies out there and can definitely play a part in depression. That being said, this is in no way an excuse to bypass a medical professionals opinion.It works though.

Good taste it seem to work for school. But forgot get about them a lot.

The media could not be loaded. I don't know if it works, I was hopeful!They taste bad, but I could tough it out. I'm worried about the condensation and sticking. There is also some discoloration that I don't know if it's normal.. the pictures all look red, mine are red with orange powder on them.. I can wipe it off a little.It seems weird, I am going to buy them in a store and compare.

I could only handle taking these for 2-3 days because the taste is so terrine. It tastes like battery acid mixed with bitter watermelon.

So my husband can't tell a difference yet. I've taken them every day but they need time to build up in your system to work. I feel optimistic that's something right? Anyways I live the taste even if they don't improve my mood. They taste like a jolly rancher the old style flat ones that cemented your teeth together and you'd spend ours trying to pull apart. Great watermelon taste. And I don't like flavorings like that typically. Will keep trying for mood just to enjoy the flavor. That's something right?

Mi anterior opinión estuve algo disgustada pues me enviaron con fecha de vencimiento al límite y aunque estoy complacida con el resultado en mi cuerpo y en el de las personas a los que he recomendado,y es esta la razón por la que continuo comprándola,(no olvido que me la enviaron justo en el mes en que se vencía)mi sobrina en RD me dice Tía puedo tener más de los dulcitos?,pues aparte que tienen buen sabor en el casi de ella la mantiene con una actitud buena durante el día,en mi caso yo no me di cuenta hasta que termine una botella,la cual tome como "dulcitos",y me di cuanta estaba con mejor actitud al estar tomándola,así que espero nunca me las envíen vencidas o por vencer ya que me inscribí en el envío continuo.

I liked the aspect of being in a better mood so I tried these, however the taste is horrible! The taste alone made them inedible to me so I gave them away.
