It's nice to lay on
It's nice to lay on, and when I'm having a bad headache, it definitely provides some relief, and stretches the neck muscles. I definitely do feel better after using it, usually the next day when there was serious tension. But it's also not a miracle-worker. It's really only a very supplemental part of pain relief (at least for me). However, it's a great supplement because it happens to be kind of relaxing to just let all of the pressure come off of the neck for a bit.

Okay, as described.
Bought for my neighbor. He likes it and says it feels comfortable. Seems to help...He finds it is helpful when reading his Kindle in bed. Seems to align things properly.

Ouch! The padding is great on the head/neck, but the plastic digs into my shoulders. Poor design.
