Very durable filter
Good quality filter. My first one I purchased in 2014 and have had no problems. This is my second one to purchase as I upgraded to a much larger tank and added a second filter to handle the load properly. I have a six foot long tank now and needed a intake on each end.

Did not operate at all
This did not work for us at all. Despite days and days of troubleshooting and researching, we could not get the pump to actually suck the water out of the tank and recycle it. We tried everything with no luck.Also, despite two emails requesting assistance, I received no response from the company suggesting troubleshooting options or offering an exchange. Very disappointed in this.I’ll be returning and hoping for a refund.

Fill the cannister with water cuts the priming in half
I really like how quiet it is, and I also like how you can turn off the uv sterilizer without having to turn off the pump. Would definitely recommend this filter
