Great brand
Good brand, works as it should unless you are going through RA treatments, maybe I just need to increase the dosage once I'm done with the prescription strength form in a few weeks.

Has to be the best Vega D3 with K on the market. Easy to swallow. The k definitely helps with bone discomfort.

So happy to find a vegan vitamin D supplement that is D3, not just D2. I have not had levels checked since I started taking it, so I can not speak to how effective it is yet.

Stomach upset
REALLY upset my stomach. I don't think it's recommended to take such a high dose all at once. Even taken with food, it caused me problems up to 24 hours after the last dose taken.
