BialettiItalian, 8", Non-Stick Saute Pan, 8 inch, Simply Green

This little frying pan is my go to pan for almost every meal. It frys at a steady heat and cleans up very quickly. I've had it for a few months and the cooking surface still looks new.4 stars because it is not completly round at the rim. I didn't notice until a few days after I got it, must have happened either at the factory or in shipping. Not enough damage to keep me from using it a lot though. Great little pan.

Pretty standard 8" pan I use for eggs.I really like the Bialetti non stick texture pans however they don't make or sell an 8" one so went for this one instead.So far works good but not as good as my other Bialetti textured pan and I still need to use oil or butter for non stick.The grip is larger and ergonomic, no issues so far although pan came with small exterior scratch upon arrival.Will post update after more wear and tear.

True nonstick

I purchased and returned several others that were more expensive. They simply didn't work as advertised even with greasing the pans. This one did!

This replaced one of the same kind. Really like the brand but disappointed that it’s no longer made in Italy

Works great for a one person household

Added to original review 1st 8” pan is wonderful 2nd is not the same it’s lighter weight and does not cook evenly. I had seen this review before. They are different even tho supposed to be the same first order was like all the bialetti I’ve used this one ordered in February is not recommendedI love bialetti cookware. Only thing I will use in my kitchen. Tried 10”about 15 years ago and bought the set replaced my 8” cause it gets used almost daily.

Han pasado tres meses desde que lo compré y la superficie del sartén se mantiene intacto. Lo uso todos los días, y nada que ver con los sartenes de tflon, esos se dañan a los dos meses, lo digo con conocimiento de causa. Este Bialetti me gusta mucho, tardé en encontrarlo porque previo tuve otro y son de muy buena calidad y como es italiano, casi no los comercian en México.

El sartén cumple con su función, hasta el momento no se le pega nada usándolo con un poco de aceite. El problema es que con escaso uso y mucho cuidado se le desprendió un pedazo del recubrimiento antiadherente exponiendo el aluminio de la base. Por lo cual pedí su reemplazo. El pedazo desprendido revela una capa muy delgada de antiadherente así que no sé cuánto durará esa capa. Espero que el reemplazo venga sin defectos.

Al principio no me pareció que tuviera buen teflón, pero su uso me ha parecido muy bueno, tiene un tamaño muy práctico para hacer un par de huevos estrellados. El mango es de calidad y no he tenido problemas con que se queme como leí en otras reseñas, supongo que es cuestión de cuidado.

Es un excelente producto, buena relación calidad-precio. El peso es adecuado, el material del asa es antiderrapante, muy cómodo y hasta ahora no se le pega nada, incluso el color está bonito. Muy satisfecho con él.

Por las reseñas pensé que si en realidad no se pegaba nada pero en realidad ni aunque esté nuevo funciona del todo bien, si se pega en ciertas partes, tiene que estar muy muy caliente y con aceite para que no se pegue.
