I bought these for our VBS, and it was perfect for what I needed it for.

Clear and a good size.
It worked well for my son's party. It was clearer and bigger than I thought it would be. Normally, they're way smaller and less vibrant. It worked out fine for his birthday party.

Does not hold up well in strong winds
Two of the rings were pulled out of the banner.Other two had tears. BUT it did hold up for two weeks outside.Just that last wind this morning tore it.Hope I can fold it over n add new ring even if I have to reduce the size of the banner some.
