Read up on this before purchasing and was clear that this was a like for like replacement for my current unit. Couldn’t have been easier to fit and literally took around 10 minutes to remove old unit and replace. Yes it’s got some plastic elements to the construction but so did my old unit…you are not paying premium. If this one lasts the same length of time as my old one (4 yrs) then im ok with this.At least now the controls work perfectly unlike my old limescale damaged one where I could not easily control temperatures.Well packaged and delivered quickly.

Struggled to find a similar mixer bar as a replacement for our old broken one in the plumbing suppliers, they kept telling me to buy a whole unit with riser rod, shower heads etc for a few hundred pounds then I found this. Exact same measurements as my old one, easy to fit and a great price. Decent quality and we are happy with our purchase.

This is well manufactured and was easy enough to install.

I bought this shower control to replace a non thermostatic one I'd installed. It works a treat and manipulation of the controls are very positive in use, the device seems to handle fluctuations in water pressure (caused by other uses in the house) without issue.

Looks great and holds the temp steady. But despite the positive feel of the water switch it started leaking after 1 week and caused drips in the night from the shower head. I am waiting to see if this is a permanent issue and if so will return the item.Othwerwise this is a great itemGood follow up by the sales team. They were quick to respond to try to understand the issues I was having. I am pleased to report that all problems. (Dripping on off tap) see. To have resolved themselves and now pleased with the unit

I ordered this for somebody else, but unfortunately when her plumber came to fit it the connection for the shower rails up and down weren't compatible with the connections on the existing shower. We had to return it, but the quality of the shower bar was very good so can't complain about that. Also got a message from the seller when I asked to return it to see if they could offer any help, which is good. No quibble about refunding either so 5 stars
