No bueno
I really liked this backpack. Went on a trip to Utah and bought one for my son also. The zipper on mine broke while we were over there. Latch that crosses my chest broke also. Now I'm trying to return and the return Window closed. No Bueno... really good back pack but do not order until your ready to use because if it breaks you are stuck with it.
