This was easy to install in less than 15 minutes. Just remember to turn the hinges outward when you first start like it says in the directions. Everything else is simple. Great product! It looks beautiful!

The product is very beautiful and easy to install. But I was disappointed because mine came without ALL the installation parts. Amazon couldn't help; instead told me to return for refund and place a new order! I've no choice but to do that, and hope the encore shipment will not repeat the problem. Disappointed because I needed this product right away to complete bathroom renovations, and now the Project is thrown off until the replacement arrives, hopefully with ALL installation parts packaged!

Very soon after install this toilet seat, Pieces started falling apart the rubber separating the seat from the toilet fell off. The screws holding the seat together fell out. So disappointing I paid almost $100 for the toilet seat.

Got the seat to go with a custom bathroom. I ordered wrong size sent it back and one of the bumpers fell off, got one that was wrong product but similar, sent it back , finally got the right size and product and the hardware does not fit to secure the seat and hinges securely to the toilet. I have a standard round toilet and it shouldn’t be difficult for manufacturers to make something that works. What a waste of time , product and money. The seat itself is beautiful but if it doesn’t work, it’s junk. The also the lid is shorter than the seat compared to standard lids. If I can’t find replacements ate hardware store that work, I’m returning it again.

This toilet seat is lovely! The only issue we had was install, we had to rotate the hinges to attach correctly to the toilet. I read a few reviews that mentioned some instal issues and I think this was probably the problem the hinges are attached the wrong way but it is an easy fix! Worth the money! Also it is a slow closing lid, I was so pleasantly surprised! No slamming toilet seats:) five stars!

Dimensions are listed as 1" x 1" which I know are wrong. But it is an elongated seat so I ordered it but it is the wrong size elongated seat. Could have all been avoided if description was accurate. Guess I shouldn't have taken a chance. For $109 chrome hardware on seat didn't look anything special. Nice looking pattern though.

For the record, the hardware is hiding in the Styrofoam that’s securing the seat for everyone who says missing hardware. The seat is very beautiful, but the hardware absolutely does not work and you are supposed to turn the little knob around by loosening the screw and flipping it around forward to secure properly everyone needs to follow instructions, but the hardware is no good. It does not secure to sit down no matter what I do I am very handy but hardware does not work I do not recommend this product.

At first I thought it was the wrong size, because I did not realize that the hinges were adjustable. The hinges are a little wobbly/sloppy, but otherwise it is a great looking seat. I have a similar seat in another bathroom, and it still looks good, unlike the wooden seats that even at the store have worn out paint and scoffs. I expect it to last a long time.
