Set it up on strong stable Oak Barn frame, not using the screws supplied but upgraded as the screw that came with it failed as the heads snapped off..Crushed 4 pint Guinness cans, GOOD, 1 plastic coke bottle, DIDNT WORK AS BOTTLE KEPT FAILING OUT then 2 dog food tins, which is why I brought this as it states MAX strength... and on the 3rd one.... It was broken as the side arms of the leaver BUCKLED OUTWATDS and now its useless ... 😡Absolutely RUBBISHI have had one before for 6 years from a different company that cost half this ones price and it never failedIt should have 0 stars as far as I am concerned...Don't waste your money ..like I have !!!!

Does what it says , works ok just a little bit catchy when you return the handle to yhe up position once used , but it does work

Got this to crush the many cans that we seem to use. Fixed to wall in kitchen above bin. The idea is so simple and so relaxing! Had an argument? Crush a can!This has also reduced the amount of space our recycling made - so more recycling is done.Just one word of advice - you will need to hold the bottom of the can whilst crushing, otherwise it will either not fully crush or fly out at you giving you a light spraying of whatever is in the bottom of the can!

I bought this some time ago. I was interested that it could crush 580mm cans. On fitting the can crusher my first opinion was it is weak. When using the can crusher it felt very weak for the job at hand. After time the rivets had come adrift from the handle. I purchased this in June 2023 and returned it in October 2023. The last one I purchased was in 2017 this is what I purchased again.I would defiantly not recommend this product

It crushes drinks cans well, just needs a little help by collapsing the can sides slightly.Won't crush food cans but that's not why I bought it.
