Went well first time out but second time seam blew out
Seam blew as per photos second time out. Only pumped to 10 psi. The bag also tore at the top. Overall disappointed as had got as Christmas gift with a group. Would appreciate someone from the company getting in touch.

Board seems well made and solid
For the price it's good value, board solid when inflated, no bending at 13 psi.The bag is OK, perhaps the straps look a bit flimsy.Someone else on the reviews showed a video of air leaking, the kit comes with a tool to tighten up main valve (which can be replaced if it ever goes). After a few uses I did hear a hiss but just needed tightening up, when you deflate the cap is unscrewed which looks like it have loosen off the main valve, once re-tighted it was fine.The repair kit doesn't come with any adhesive, it does mention it in the blurb, some shipping issue.The hand pump is ok but getting up to above the 10 psi mark is hard work, as I'm lazy I picked up an electric one.Who knows if it'll last the test of time, but seems pretty robust.

Horrible pump
The board itself is fine but the pump it comes with is made of horribly cheap plastic and is completely useless. After the board is only half inflated the pump can't take the pressure and vents out air where the hose meets the handle. In the end I had to purchase a replacement $100 pump specifically designed for SUP in order to use this board.

All round a good board for family fun
Got this for a weeks holiday on Loch Goil for use by adults and teenage kids. Was easy to inflate but once up beyond 8/9 psi a little effort was required, probably took about 8 minutes to fully inflate. Been up for 36 hours and will need a little top up before use tonight. It’s been jumped off and climbed on and off multiple times with no issue. Paddle is quite robust and height adjustable which is great so everyone can use it comfortably. The bag is ok, not flimsy but doesn’t feel like it’s the best quality, I expect with care it’ll last a good while though.

My teens and their friends love taking this to the lake. 3yrs later and still functions perfectly!
