100 Pcs Ginger Patches Herbal Ginger Foot Pads Lymphatic Drainage Patches

Apart from the fact that the product arrived early, I am pleased with these foot pads. I did not place them on other parts of my body as all the illustrations showed they should be placed along my insteps. I kept them on for 6 hours, and there was no discomfort. They have a good grip as well. I put them on immediately after I showered and dried my feet.After 3 hours, I felt a bit of warmth, which I welcomed as I felt as if the product was working. I did not experience any overbearing warmth while they were on or after I took them off. There was a slighter higher warmth for about 5 minutes, nothing uncomfortable. The following morning, I noticed a slight reduction in my ankle edema.I intend to put them on 4-5 days for the week as one course of application (the recommendation on the box is for three courses 3-4 times weekly for 3 weeks in order to see good results). I am doing it for detoxing purposes, so I hope to see continued improvement.

These work! They warm up really well and can even maybe get too warm at times. I love the smell too. You get a lot for the price so they're a great deal. They stick well but I use them on my lower back so rolling up can sometimes be an issue for me. My boyfriend and I both love these so we'll be keeping these in the house from now on.

I have 3 herniated disc in my neck area with 2 of them pinching a nerve. I have been diagnosed with early disk degenerative disease and I’m in my early 30’s. This happened do to my many years of working in front of a computer the doctor said she sees theses types of injuries in people with office jobs. Anyways I have a horrible numbing pain that travel down from my neck to the shoulders and shoulders blades and now it’s ends in the middle of my back. No amount of medication or physical therapy helps with pain. The only thing that helps the pain is heat. I have to have heat 24hrs a day in the are to be able to function and have a somewhat normal life. I was actually starting to burn my skin using the thermacare patches that heat up and also extremely expensive since you only get 2 in a pack of $9. My mom bought these ginger ones for me and I have been using them for about a year now and it’s the only thing that’s help me live a normal life without having to cause permanent damage to my skin or waste unnecessary money on physical therapy that doesn’t work. If you have a pinch nerve or disk degeneration these patches will change your life for the better.

i'm a proponent of using what already works for you. if you like ginger and have found it to be effective in other areas of your life. if you put it in your tea or you like it in your food, then this will likely help you. if you have an ambiguous or negative relationship with ginger, then i don't recommend this. it IS strong and your tolerance will vary. adhesion is excellent compared to other patches.

Update: it appears the patch takes a few time to get use to, I tried a few time, the burning sensation gets better to the point it doesn’t bother me anymore. So I’m updating my review, but as far as efficacy, I’m still not seeing any drastic improvement.Old review: I have shoulder pain, so I’m trying the heat method to alleviate it. But This is not a heating pad. it’s literally feel like burning my skin off. So instead of having tolerable shoulder pain, I have severe burning and throbbing pain on my shoulder. And you can’t return this. Worst, it smells horrible, if you go out, people will smell it around you. So be aware of the burning sensation and non returnable before placing the order.

Super hot ginger! I love it so much! It you love ginger heat, then this is exactly what you are looking for! I never loved any patch as much as I like this one!

In my opinion, this product does nothing. It is simply a waste of money..
