RFID-blocking credit card holders
Slim enough to fit into credit card wallet slots. I keep a credit card and debit card in my pants pocket wallet inside one of these and feel much safer from skimming--as I've heard there was a case locally recently. Do they work? Who knows? But, for now, this is the best I've found that doesn't take up a whole lot of room in my pants pocket or my wallet. I've used mine for a couple of months and it isn't showing wear yet though I wish it felt just a bit sturdier. This feels like heavy paper. I'm assuming there's also something magic inside that blocks RFID readers.

These sleeves are Simple and plain and easy to use. No instructions are neccessarry. Peel off Labels would have been nice.

Easy protection for my card.
I am so glad I discovered this Credit Card protector. My credit card slips right into it easily. When I make a purchase, my card comes out just as easily. No problems with that at all. I paniced when I heard how easily my card could be copied electronically but now I don't have that worry.

Doesn't work!
So I bought a couple packages of these credit card protectors, with the thought that they would help block RFID readers from hacking my personal info.I purchased a RFID reader in order to test them.The result: They seem to do very little in terms of protection. I was able to read through them without any issue! Fail.As a comparison, I tried making a home-made protection cover using a heavy-duty aluminum foil. However, this also failed! I was able to read right through it.However, I did find success in using both! I put the credit card inside the credit card protective sleeve from Smooth Trip Travel Gear and that into the home-made aluminum foil cover (double protection) and it seems to work.Bottom line: This product alone does not appear to work. However, if used in combination with heavy-duty aluminum foil it does appear to block RFID signals.I'm keeping the product, and will likely be using it in combination with my home-made aluminum foil protector. Sad, because it's not pretty and not an elegant solution. I hope that the company will re-design a more functional version sometime!
