Heartbreaking
The item is mostly of ordinary plastic body, needs to be charged separately, moves in random directions like a toy and bounces off at any obstacle. It does not follow any pattern as in better models. The mop provided is a small piece of cloth that hangs from bottom only on two velcros while it is dragged around, hardly wetting the floor. The suction power is very low and can hardly pick up light items like hair and light dust. Had to return,

Not moving from the spot in third use
First use satisfactory, it collected fine dust. suction power not as mentioned, very weak, make sound when in use - so not super quiet, light weight and looks decent.2 Stars for collecting hair and dust but now only one brush rotates and machine doesn't move from one spot, after clearing tangled hair also not running.Better suction powered should work well.
