I purchased the two-toned Pro Q1, silver body with gold caps. Delivery time was flawless. The first thing I did was open the tin, started the timer app on my phone, and let it rip. (Maybe a 1 second delay after the spin start to the start of the timer) The first spin was 4:45s, second spin was 5:04s, and the third spin was 5:02s. I believe that the first spin was due to my inexperience with the small size of this spinner.I may just be imagining things but I think that there is a very brief break-in period. I noticed that the smoothness of the spin improved slightly over the first hour or so of use.The noise is very very low. It is also directly related to the spinner's position. In a horizontal two-handed spin, it's virtually silent. In a vertical two-handed spin, it's just barely noticeable.Important: there is a small degree of play with the caps. If the caps are pinched between your fingers, and the wings are horizontal, the caps can be wobbled laterally a tiny tiny bit. However, that being said, I think that it is possible that this was intentional. It is conceivable that this was intended to reduce the stress put on the bearings when moving between horizontal and vertical positions during a single, continuous spin. Or it may be a conspiracy to get is all to buy a new set of spinner caps. Either way it's not a deal breaker. AT ALL.If you are looking for your first metal spinner, and you have a goal of approximately $50. This is it. It's an absolute delight.*If you have any issues talk to Ben. Right out of the box, my first impression was the classic design and the weight. It’s heavier than I expected and the solid quality makes it statement piece on my desk. The spinning is quiet, seamless, and appears to go on and on. Co-workers can’t help stopping by to give it a quick spin between their fingers and just can’t stop themselves in giving it that final long spin on the desk when leaving. It makes people smile! Very nice, solid quality material.

So I gave this a 5 star review but I swear my spinner is making a low pitch dog whistle sound and it's driving me crazy. It's actually giving my anxiety when I spin it. Not sure if it's just this certain bearing or some metal rubbing somewhere that's making it make that noise. May have to return it even though I love everything about it this spinner but that noise.

Very nice quality. On the heavier side (which makes it feel for more high end). Although it is way quieter than my son's other (less expensive) spinners it still has a faint whining sound.

This is the best spinner I have ever seen or handled super smooth and quiet.

Weight is heavy and too awkward for youth hands. Spinner is small in size and awkward for adult large hands.

This is my first comment from about 10 different fidget spinners. Why? Easy. It's the best one. Mine spins almost four minutes, fits in every hand/pocket and makes just a little bit of sound. The perfect fidget spinner to pick-and-play. Congrats to the team.
