These are great! I have nerve pain in my feet from a back injury and these are so helpful when I have a flair! I love that the packs are removable and that the foot pack and ankle packs are separate.

These are great if you are going through menopause. I have what is menopausal feet. They are on fire especially at night. I sleep in these socks and they stay cold almost all night. I love them

I have always struggled with hot feet when I go bed. I finally found these and I am so happy I did. They are amazing. The reason I gave 4 stars is due to the sizing and quality of the material. I wear a size 8 and bought a large. It was snug enough where I had to give some effort pulling the sock over my heel causing a couple seams to pop. Sizing is a little weird.

Bought these in August 2025 as I had started Chemo Treatment & Neuropathy came on like a bull in a China cabinet & the pain was so BAD. These honestly helped very much. More than anything else. I also elevated my legs while using them. I highly recommend them to anyone going through Chemo or dealing with Neuropathy (which i had not heard of until middle of the night when it woke me up in so much pain). They are very durable, washable and easy to use. These stay cold. Might buy a backup pair & extra ice packs

We recently bought two sets of the ice mitts and socks to use during chemotherapy to reduce the risk of neuropathy, a very common side effect of paclitaxel. I initially bought one set, concerned about quality and fit and was very pleasantly surprised at how wellmade and soft/comfortable both the mitts and socks are. In terms of sizing, I am a women's size 9-9.5 shoe and the small/medium fit perfectly/snugly. I don't know that it would fit a women's shoe size larger than that. I have rather large hands and the gloves also fit perfectly. My paclitaxel infusion lasts 3 hours and they recommend putting on the gloves and socks 15 minutes prior and leaving them on 15 minutes after. The first set was a little too cold on my hands so we improvised with latex gloves and a papertowel around my hands until the mitts warmed up a little. Next time we will try thin cotton "moisturizing" gloves (WITHOUT any moisturizer added!) and remove them as soon as possible. Thin cotton socks worked great under the ice socks initially. We did run into a challenge with the second set not staying cold long enough to complete the 3.5 hours and the first set not having enough time to refreeze so I have ordered a 3rd set for next time. I don't think most people will run into this if they are able to keep the mitts/socks in a freezer at the facility upon arrival. We did have an ice chest but were delayed a couple of hours for blood draw, etc, so it was a while before we could get them into the freezer. Can't say how grateful I am to have found these! I hope this review helps someone else as confused as I was about what to do.

This is not a solution for me and the item is not returnable. I have a very swollen foot due to an orthopedic accident. The fabric is very strange for a sock. It has no give. Hard to get the sock over my swollen heel. Not very cold

I wear them with very thin socks because they can get super cold but they actually work very well and help the neuropathy pain

These may be the least sexy thing you own, but you'll feel so relaxed and your sore feet will feel so happy that you won't care. My foot pain is a constant, low 4 out of 10 and radiates across the top and up my ankle. After a day sitting or standing, gravity and weight bearing make it worse. When I put these on, the pain dulled immediately, and I just melted into my chair. I'm high strong -- I don't melt into anything, ever. These did the trick. I wear a lady's size 9.5 shoe and got the medium. It fits snuggly, but there's definitely no extra room. It's difficult to insert the packs with the slipper on because there's no extra room to stretch, but I just put the packs in with it off my foot and all is well. I think the large would be too big since it's made for men, but the medium is definitely snug. Huge bonus -- you can get extra packs made just for this slipper!!!! I got one extra set to keep in the freezer while I wear the other set and may get a second extra set. I find myself using some of the extras to chill my ankle. And that's the biggest drawback for me -- there's no front of ankle pocket. There are 3 pockets -- full-length bottom of foot, top of foot stopping at the ankle, and back of ankle. No front of ankle. I just stuff another pack in the front right on my skin. the pack is felted so it doesn't burn on contact. It's pretty tight stuffed in there, and I'm going to bust the seam eventually, but it's doable. When it does burst, I'll just add some fabric to make it a little bigger, and maybe another pocket :)

I’ve had so many difficult foot injuries and issues from broken toes to nerve problems and sore feet and this is one of the most convenient purchases I made. So handy and comfortable to ice a part of your body that can be tricky if you also need to elevate etc

Worked well with the socks to help prevent neuropathy during chemo

Escelente material y acabados, la parte de tela se ven con buen acabado sin malas costuras ni fallos, y las bolsas de gel tienen buena forma y acomodo para amoldarse. La primera vez es un poco confuso cómo se acomodan dentro de la tela, pero después es simple.
