Received the Rosineer MV1 a few days ago and immediately began pressing Rosin. Function was exactly as listed and results were good - until the lever snapped, which is why the product has been pulled from sale.The reason for the 5 star review is the customer service and immediate addressing of the issue. The company is re-manufacturing the manual unit and releasing it a while from now. In the mean time, they're upgrading me to the pneumatic version and paying for the return of the broken manual unit as well.Customer service responded a few hours after my initial inquiry, and extremely rapidly every time after. They even gave me a recommended compressor for use with the pneumatic version.The manual press, when re-manufactured, will be an excellent product for entry into the world of Rosin pressing. In the mean time, Rosineer is an A+ company in my book for the care and responsiveness they took in dealing with this issue, and I'm happy to give them a 5 star review!

just got this press and works better than expected. figured out temp and after that everything was strait forward. easy to use, just read manual and everything should be fine. but all around it's a pretty good machine for the buck

It works but not real well

Great machine, works perfectly. Had a small issue with the handle and this company immediately contacted me to take care of my problem. I get almost twice the yield of my old method in half the time with better quality. Set the temp exactly where you want it. Well made, and if there is a problem they fix it. Quick. Pretty amazed at that. Buy it with the insurance this company cares about its customers. Simply wonderful.

Received today in great working order. Opening the box to looking at my first rosin took less than 15 minutes. Simple, easy, and works as advertised!
