I originally bought a different lock. It didn't have all of the features that this lock has. I found it wasn't what I was looking for and decided to purchase this Sifely lock and the Gateway to go with it. It was easy to install and set up. I like that I can create passcodes for multiple users, remote unlock/lock, see who comes and goes and it came with multiple keys, as well as 2 smart tag style keys. I installed it and set it all up in about 20 minutes. Definitely worth the investment. 10/10 recommended!

I ordered this lock to make it easy to enter my property and for future use for renters. My handyman installed the lock in 30 minutes. It was missing four screws, so I sent a text to their support team to get new screws sent to me, so I hope they arrive. I like the way it easily closes and that I also have a regular key as a backup.. I then easily programmed the FOBs the next day and decided to order the bridge. The bridge is working fine, but it was hard to connect with Alexa in the skills, so I requested a support person to call and walk me through it. me. The tricky part in syncing with Alexa is you need to use the plus (+) sign before the number one (1) before adding in your phone number as your user ID on a separate app, Sciener, which is different than the Sifely app. This process took several hours, not minutes like other reviews stated. Again, it’s the plus sign that wasn’t clear in the instructions, so I hope this helps others breeze through the process. It’s working fine now, so I’ll add another lock to my home.

I have the other SIfely lock on my door and I was so satisfied that I purchased the deadbolt. I have to say that the purchase is totally worth it. I received the lock and set it up myself with ease. It is great to have options to access my apartment. I am home alone quite often, I live in a multi-family home. Sifely, however, gives me peace of mind to go about my day and not worry about the security of my home or my loved ones. Great lock at a great price point. If you are considering the Sifely deadbolt--Go for it!

I installed the lock per the video as recommended and was able to get the lock to function, however after a couple of uses the deadbolt stopped operating. The motor drive in the lockset would operate but the deadbolt did not move. After working with customer service they replaced the lock. The new lock installed easily however it is critical the deadbolt does not have ANY obstructions and must move freely.The new lock is operating smoothly both manually and electronically!So, this is a good solid lock, easy to install and use and the customer service from Sifely was great!

If you come across any of their locks BUY it!Craftsmanship, the quality of materials and the design are super. I, personally, will not use plastic but the designer knew where to put it to keep cost down. The item was reasonably priced, but it was even better that I got it on promo.

They worked fine for about two weeks. After that I started to have several problems. Firt, the language changed for no reason to what I guess was chinese and after several attempts, I was unable to change back to english. I tried everything that customer service told me, but nothing work. Once I was able to make the change in one of the locks with the reset procedure, but it changed back to chinese on its own the next day. If that was the only problem, I would have learned to live with it, but it also consumed the batteries in only a couple of weeks. Two of the locks had the tendency to start talking in chinese by themselves and the only way to stop the noise was removing the batteries. Then, even if you changed the batteries with new ones, it always reported low batteries. The tipping point, which promted me to give up and remove the locks was that the mechanical parts stopped working in one of the locks, it would simply not open, even with the key.To resume the story, this was a complete waste of money, I removed the locks and will throw them away because I have absolutely no use for them.You can see the pictures of the removed locks wich will be thrown away.
