The media could not be loaded. It's easy to assemble and lightweight. The alarms worked perfectly right out the box. I would buy again if I need another one in the future.

Quality of the product
I really love this product because the whole unit is sturdy. It is so easy to set up at the lake. You also don't have to watch your poles like a hawk because of the bite alarms. I love it.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT
i got this for catfishing from the bank it works great the fish alarms are loud enough to hear with the Bluetooth speaker playing music it was easy to put together and set up and start fishing its very simple to use i have also used it on my dad's bass boat while crappie fishing at night its very handy to have when the youngens are with me fishing i can place my poles in it and help them fish and when the fish alarms start beeping go set the hook i was and am i impressed with this set up i recommend it

Broken parts
In general it is a good one, but one part came broken. Seems like this items were used before and returned by other person cause most of the parts were not in plactic

Came BROKEN!
The item came broken and with missing pieces inside of the case was ripped in many places so I wasn’t able to hold the pieces like it should’ve

Fantastic product and better customer service
Love this whole pod system. Easy to use easy to set up and very sturdy. I researched different systems and decided on this one. The two pole support stops the rods from twisting so that was a huge selling point. The alarms are very sensitive and adjustable. Feel safe buying with this seller
