I could not find reviews anywhere but on Proaims site so I was a little nervous buy it. I will say FedEX Sucks and said it was delivered but it wasn't, working with Amazon and FedEX they finally figured it out and delivery was a couple days later.It came in 5 separate boxes, Packaging was excellent. Be very careful opening with a knife the carry bags are just under the tape inside. One box is the boom, one the tripod and spreader, one the tripod dolly, one the sr pan and tilt, and finally one the lanc controller.One person can assemble it but it is way easier with a helper. This jib crane is very nice! Excellent quality. It is heavy duty not a toy. It is bigger then I thought it would be with a great reach.The proaim sr. pan & tilt is very smooth and the controller is the updated one with two separate dampening controls . I was not expecting the Lanc Zoom Controller to work with my camera but it does and that really make this crane shine.With the boom retracted and the pan and tilt and controls wiring camera etc I have 25lbs of weight with the back bar extended I will probably have to have 40-50lbs on the back with the boom extended.
